“I am writing to thank you for the assistance and support you have given us since we purchased the RMS system.
Initially, I was a bit concerned that the closest support and training for the system was far away in Auckland. But after comparing the different systems available and determining that RMS was head and shoulders above the rest, I decided to take a “chance” that the training and support aspects would work out. Add to this the fact that the flexibility of the system we required was far more involved than for the average fashion retail store and I am delighted that I choose RMS.
Now that we have a good handle on the most used parts of the system, I look forward to taking the time to look at the plethora of information that is available and how to best use it in improving our business. I will no doubt be listing some more questions and scheduling more on-line training with you.
